A pub table booking system built around a real floor plan.
Most booking software is a restaurant tool with the word “pub” swapped in. PubSuite takes bookings the way a pub actually takes them — on your own yourpub.pubsuite.app address, and turns them into a list of regulars you can email.
Taking The Spinners’ real bookings every day — not a demo built for a pitch.

A pub isn’t a restaurant with worse lighting.
Restaurant booking systems are built on an assumption that doesn’t hold behind a bar: that everyone who walks in has booked, that they’re all eating, and that the evening runs in neat two-hour sittings.
A pub doesn’t work like that. Half the room is drinking, not eating. A table of four books for the quiz and stays until close. A party of nine turns up on the off-chance on a wet Tuesday. The snug gets booked out for a wake at two days’ notice.
So most landlords end up doing what we did for years — a diary behind the bar, a WhatsApp group, and someone’s memory of who’s having the back room on Saturday.
“Every booking app assumed I ran a restaurant. None of them understood a Thursday quiz night.”
Jamie Evans, The Spinners, Darwen — who built PubSuite because nothing on the market fitted.
Your room, on screen, exactly as it’s laid out.
Every booking is someone you can talk to again.
Most booking systems take the booking and then forget the person. PubSuite doesn’t. Guests who tick keep me updated when they book or make an enquiry land on your subscriber list, so the diary quietly builds you an audience while you get on with running the place.
Then you can email them — the new menu, the beer festival, Boxing Day bookings opening, the quiz moving to Wednesdays. Write it in PubSuite, attach a poster, send it. No separate mailing platform, no export, no second monthly fee.
Guests opt in themselves, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe — so the list stays one you’re allowed to have.
Describe the poster you want and PubSuite makes it.
There’s an AI image tool built in for artwork and graphics, and a materials library that keeps everything you’ve made — upload once, reuse as often as you like.

Pub table booking, answered.
How much does PubSuite’s booking system cost?
£59.99 a month, flat. That includes the bookings, the email marketing, the rota, clock-in and the manager’s office — there aren’t tiers or per-cover charges. The first 30 days are free and there’s no contract.
Do I need a card machine or an EPOS system to use it?
No. PubSuite runs in a browser on whatever you’ve already got behind the bar — a tablet, a laptop, the office PC. It doesn’t tie you into a particular till.
Can we still take bookings over the phone and at the bar?
Yes, and most pubs do. Staff add phone and walk-in bookings straight onto the floor plan, so the online diary and the bar diary are the same diary — which is where most double-bookings come from in the first place.
Is the email marketing GDPR-friendly?
It’s built around consent: guests only join the list by ticking a box themselves on a booking or enquiry, and every campaign email carries a one-click unsubscribe. You’re emailing people who asked to hear from you, which is the whole point.
What happens to the bookings we’ve already taken?
Import them from a spreadsheet. If they’re currently in a paper diary, we’ll help you get them in during set-up — that part is done with you, not left as homework.
Is PubSuite suitable for a pub that doesn’t serve food?
Yes. Plenty of wet-led pubs use bookings only for functions, the back room and big match days — and take the rota, clock-in and takings side as the main reason for having it.
Who actually built it?
Jamie Evans, who runs The Spinners in Darwen, Lancashire. PubSuite ran that pub before it was sold to anyone else, and it still does. When you email, you get him — not a call centre.
